Always pleased to hear when a pallet delivery is coming via Frenni. Delivery drivers are consistently friendly, polite and helpful with offload goods.
Genuinely the best palletised haulage company we've used, and pricing is great too. We've used a few others and they've either been very distributive to business, rude, or just too expensive. Frenni are the ones to use!
Ignorant driver delivering goods to neighbours. Blocked road in Five roads and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Not even a wave of the hand as a gesture of apology. All houses have drives so he could have pulled in off road partially. Think he expecting us to drive a new car into the trees to pass. He then went on a go slow to get the truck moved. Poor advertising for your company. 👎👎👎
Badly let down by Frenni this week. Needed a pallet collecting from Cheshire on Wednesday for Thursday delivery. The seller has been waiting all week for collection but no contact. I have had to now let down my customer who was travelling down this weekend to collect.
last week I was asked for an extra £25 due to a pallet being a few centemeters too high, this week we have been let down and no offer of compensation only a basic refund.
Not what I would call a great service any more.
Smaller local hauliers seem very busy picking up small jobs that frenni have let people down on.
