Adrian and his team were brilliant very cooperative and helpful. Never said no to anything. Packed everything to perfection and with three removal lorries drove 190 odd miles to our new home. Then unloaded everything and put all the boxes where they should go. They are a six star company and anyone moving house should ask them to quote. As I said at the beginning brilliant.

What a let down! Booked a removal for Saturday morning 10am. No sign of him & then received a phone call at 11am telling me one of his workers has phoned in sick so would have to do it the following day instead. Luckily I was only moving 5 miles away and not further otherwise this could have been a nightmare. I asked for a discount for the trouble but the answer was "no, I need the money for fuel. I'll pop by tomorrow & plumb your washing machine in for you." And he hasn't showed up to do that either. Wont be using Mr Shift It again.
