This store is a smaller one from my normal one but the atmosphere was close to what I'm use to.

Went in there to buy a Stanley Knife but they donot sell them they sell scissors.. but not the knife.. also I bought a Brush it's there cheap version with a whit plastic coating over the wood.. well I donot recommend anyone buying them as my'n Broke the first time I used it the wood is rotten. I spoke to a member of staff and they said sorry but there is no refund for this.. so be very careful what you buy otherwise it's a Good Shop.

Good branch (Bishopsworth), great staff as always cheery and helpful. My only criticism is that I would suggest signage at this time when going to checkout as customers are confused when waiting. Staff have to keep telling everyone to queue in one aisle only and then be shown to each available checkout in turn. A waste of staff's time when a simple large sign could be placed before the checkouts to direct the customer accordingly. I was waiting in another aisle not knowing the procedure (along with other customers) and by the time I was visible to staff and then told to join another queue (which we could not see) that queue had got even longer and I had to join the end of it so I was not very happy. This is my only criticism and I did mention this to a member of staff who said that they had asked for a sign but was told "no". A little short sighted I feel.
