Beautiful view. Absolutely stunning. The trek up the stairs are not for the faint of heart or handicap though. Also you immediately are reminded it's a college town when you have to work your way around young adults smoking cigs, pot and drinking to enjoy the view.

The Cabot Tower is located in Brandon Hill Park. This historical monument was erected to commemorate the travels of John Cabot who sailed from Bristol to Canada. Hopefully the tower will re-open soon, as I've been told that the top of the tower, commands breathtaking views of the city. Hopefully I'll see that on my next visit. In any case one can enjoy the surrounding landscape of Brandon Hill Park.

The goods - The tower is old and have historical value - You can climb to the top of the tower for free, the view from top is mesmerizing - The park surrounding that and the Brandon hill all together is so beautiful - Great place for morning and evening walk - Nice place for nature photographers, I found many birds as well as people feeding squirrels Improvements Really nothing I could find that's not good about this place Advice When climbing above, bring a torch and a water bottle. Also be very careful as the stairs are very small and at once only one person can climb up or down.
