After a stressful day and driving 160 miles I arrived back to Kiln Park on Thursday 26th of July 2018 without my 18 week old pug puppy lead at home when I arrived at the pet store it was closed up, I asked the Butcher in the market did he know I was able to get a lead his reply was this lady is the owner of the pet shop, she took me across opened back up for me an nothing was too much trouble, she didn’t rush me was increadably understanding and sold me the items I required. What an extremely well stocked and supplied pet store it had everything you could possibly need and the owner went above and beyond to help me thank you so much for your kindness
