A thoroughly professional and personal experience with Sarah and Vincent of EMC. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. I first viewed the car on a Sunday, had a no pressure test drive with Sarah, none of the usual "sales pitch" rubbish which was very refreshing. Went back the next day for another test drive, this time with Vince who is very very passionate about cars especially the Volvo XC90 hybrid :) The both of them complement each other well and offer a different perspective on the cars which is helpful. The car was priced very well and matched exactly what the advert said. No haggling required as I didn't want to insult them. A few minor jobs to be done but I paid a deposit and left a happy man. They were very accommodating to my various requests relating to delaying the pick up and changing the V5 documents. Upon collection the very minor issues had been sorted, car was spotless and all paperwork was in order. The car makes smile just looking at it - it is my dream car :) Thank you EMC for a truly great experience. Totally recommend Sarah and Vincent for all your prestige car needs.

EMC Cars is a family run business with an exceptional service! I was after BMW 330e which I really wanted to take for a test drive as I never tried a hybrid before. After trying a couple of other places unsuccessfully I’m glad I came to EMC Cars at the end! Sarah is a knowledgable expert and answered all my burning questions, as well as I was able to try the car. The car just arrived from a previous owner and she kindly offered to replace front tyres which had a few scratches without me even asking about it!

Very good experince with this place. They were selling a car at a price that was so low that I thought that something had to be wrong with it. Went to see the car with my girlfriend- couldn't find anything wrong and the quailty of the car seemed to be excellent for a used car. I asked them if I could get an independant mechanic to check the car over and they agreed straight away. Got the mechanic - he did the advanced inspection and said it was free of faults and very well looked after. Did a HPI check - all good. Sarah awnsered all my questions very honestly and quickly (even though I asked so many). She even offered free home delivery and collection of the part-ex car. Bought the car today, drove it back home and am happy with it. There is a good selection of sports cars on offer such as BMW's, Mazda mx-5 and others. The cars aren't cheap but for what they are they are excellent value.
