The young lady that works in the reception needs a new job or just maybe her manager needs to closely monitor her very ugly bad attitude. Disgusting front of house service and uneducated beyond anyone’s standards not to have the nerve to reply after insulting me! A simple sorry from the young lady would have stopped me from CLEVERLY writing this review. I felt so sorry for the doctor as they had to take the wrath from me when it should have been the young lady in question. Once again this review is not on the Doctor’s professional service, it was on the person you have to deal with before you get to them.........
Always get an appointment when I need one. Staff, nurses and doctors are efficient, professional and kind. I'm glad that they are my doctors.
This is a poor excuse for a medical practice. This is for me and my partner. Poor palliative care for a relative, can never get prescriptions or appointments, discrimination regarding another relative, all staff are generally rude and don't seem to understand the concept of duty of care or in fact they are a public service with prime purpose to serve the local community and manage family medical care. Have been told to go private and pay for own health care despite the fact everyone already does through their taxes which is then awarded to this practice in funding for their services which in turn they consistently do not deliver. Not a service for them to be proud of.
Sometimes wonder how this is a doctors surgery...called for two hours to get an automated message "we are currently experiencing high volume of calls (for two hours) not very helpful when you do get intouch they say there are no appointments left your to late phoning our phone lines are open from 8 I had called from 8:30
I've been trying to get through all day and I'm just getting the machine telling me that there's a high level of calls, they need to sort themselves out. They are a joke
