I would like to thank everyone who joins me in my classes, every class is a fantastic group of people who come with the same goal and every class has that great energy that wouldn't be there without each one of us building into it. Pilates is more then just an exercise, it is correction of our posture, our breathing, it is our safety net, finding that balance every day through our breath and movements and feeling good in our body. I often get asked how many attendees I have in my classes in a meaning the more you have the better you are, I disagree as I don't base my classes on quantity but rather on quality. My classes are small but that gives me the opportunity to give my full attention to each attendee, making sure posture and all the movements are correct. I strive to tailor each exercise to each person. The classes are not a competition or punishment for what we ate the day before; they are celebration of what we can achieve every time. And each person has different goals and that is fine too. We laugh, we have fun and we celebrate after every class as it means that we did something good for ourselves that day. Thank you everyone for your feedback and I will always aim to improve to make my clients feel good and happy. Ana xx

I'd never had Pilates lessons before I went to Ana's classes. The difference they have made is striking. My flexibility, strength and toning have all improved significantly. I had a bad ski related knee injury earlier this year, and during lockdown Ana's online lessons helped me to recover. Ana is friendly, will always offer tailored exercises , and not afraid to push you a bit to get the best out of you. And the classes are friendly and fun

Ana is great teacher, I wasn't able to get to the floor and Ana devised a work out to suit me. I was standing, using a chair and against the wall. She is always studying and improving her practice. My fitness and flexibility has improved so much. I'm sure Ana could work out a treatment plan for anyone. Thanks Ana🤩

Love your pilates body is a fantastic pilates class! Ana keeps things interesting by changing up the exercises and tailoring to the ability of the class. Ana kept us all going via Zoom classes during lockdown and although back in small classes in the studio now, she has also, kindly kept on one zoom class for those of us who prefer to continue attending from home. Absolutely 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’d highly recommend Ana’s classes. I particularly like that the class numbers are small, as you know Ana is able to check you are doing the exercises correctly and effectively, and can adjust your personal workout within class to meet everyone’s individual fitness level.
