Nicola was recommended to me by my cousin and she was kind enough to let me join her online Pilates classes which she had arranged for her regular class members during the Covid-19 crisis. This meant that although based in Ceres, Fife I enjoyed Nicola's classes at my home in Paignton.
I have loved everything about Nicola and each one of her classes. Nicola's enthusiasm shines through, she is professional, knowledgeable, client focused, and an excellent instructor, perfect in every way. At the first opportunity I'm going to make the trip to Ceres to take part in at least one of Nicola's live classes, so I can thank her in person. If you're looking for an effective, friendly Pilates class, this is the one for you!!
Lovely class with Nicola. Attended post-natal class for 6 weeks, felt great afterwards and just what I was needing. Only stopped because I've gone back to work.
Nicola is great and helps you out throughout the class making sure you're technique is correct and always gives lower and higher level options. Highly recommend Pilates with Nicola!
