Till staff are great. Shop staff not so much. They don't seem to actually want to help anyone. Shelves are often untidy, unstocked and fully of rubbish boxes etc. Best improvement you could make is remove all self service and bring back staffed tills (and actually staff them all).
Edit 01/09/2020: West Dunbartonshire has new local restrictions in place starting midnight. As the largest supermarket, y'all really can't avoid taking some responsibility for this.
Absolutely abhorrent experience today. Saw no less than fifteen people not wearing masks, staff were not doing anything to enforce the laws in place. Nobody at door to ensure that people were wearing masks either. The place is a breakout waiting to happen, I don't think I'll be returning until long after the pandemic has resided.
As we all know, the masks protect others, not ourselves, and even one person failing to wear a mask can invalidate the efforts of the other customers.

Sunday 9th August 2020 bought asda summer fruits juice from refrigerated unit and noticed a spillage of what looked like chocolate milk spilt over the shelf and bottles of summer fruits juices. A week later returned to buy more summer fruits juice and spillage from previous week still there, not been cleaned. Spoke to a sales assistant at the kiosk to ask to speak to a manager. The sales assistant pulled a disgusting face when I told her. She got the duty manager Steven who apologised and said that should have been cleaned right away with a supervisor checking this had been done. The following week was in again and noticed a spillage, this time from the summer fruits juice, but also noticed at the back of the shelf there was still a spillage of the chocolate milk. The actual refrigerated grill was thick with dirt and grime, absolutely disgusting. Took some photos of it. Went along to the egg aisle to discover a broken egg shell with yoke running down pallet and onto the floor. Waited for a good few minutes but not one assistant noticed it. Took another photo. Have reported this matter to head office along with the photos. You would think their standard of hygiene would be spot on due to coronavirus, but obviously not. Will be sending pictures to local papers to warn people to avoid Asda Dumbarton.
Just waited 15 minutes for them to bring me a tv that was in the sale. Eventually came and said sorry none left and we won't be getting more back in.
Thats fine but don't have it looking like you still have them in store. Misleading the public😡 and just wasted my time.
