The guy I spoke to, very helpful and informative. Didn't have what I wanted so showed an alternative which was cheaper and better than what I was looking for. Made for a great shopping experience.

Handy for gifts. Excellent prices, books are a good example, good selection of items. (Management of the 'outlets' need to attract more stores).
