WHY ARE THE RECEPTIONISTS AT THIS DOCTORS SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE??!! Every time I speak to one just to ask a simple question they snap at me and act as though they're starting an argument over the simplest of questions. They need their behaviour monitoring more closely by their superiors. It's getting to the point of bullying.
My personal experience of this surgery has always been very good. Yes it is difficult to get an appointment but the system they operate is no different from many other surgeries. When I or my family have been seen the doctors have always been very thorough and have referred us on when necessary and I have found the reception staff to be lovely.
Any issue you have they just blame it on your weight and never actually listen. I was told to lose weight when I was anorexic to help my depression so i avoid going here
Fantastic surgery, never had an issue seeing a GP and the aftercare has always been brilliant.
I have nothing but praise for the recent support and services I've received from the practice. Dr and support staff have been fantastic, could not have asked for more. Moved to the area nearly 2 years ago and the appointment system and wait times are much the same as where I moved from down south. Reception staff need to be able to provide a good filtering triage so need to ask questions. I'm very happy with the practice and thank the staff for their compassionate and caring attitude towards me during quite a difficult time
