Been phoning up since last week for repeat prescription still haven't got my medication and no matter how many times a day I phone get the same message you have called at a very busy time you may want to phone back later I'm really frustrated and disappointed with this as I'm sure a lot of other people are,as the person said previously there were staff there talking away and not answering the phone, I know that's a fact,because one day I was actually in the surgery and thought I'd try something to see how long it took to get an answer,as I was going to make another appointment anyway and guess what yes you have guessed it I was sitting there watching waiting for someone to answer but no such luck same old message called at a busy time what a joke

Totally on the ball this morning Attended for blood results And other issue sorted by nurse practitioner..all staff pleasantly attending to the job in hand Thank you folks

The only thing that continually let's this practice down is one particular member of staff on the reception who has a serious attitude problem and the communication skills of a baked potato. I called for an emergency appointment only to be met with the rude response of "Could you not have phoned earlier?". Disgusting thing to say to someone in pain seeking an emergency appointment. In my case I work various shifts including night shift and therefore my body does not follow the routine of someone working 9 to 5 (not that I should even have to explain that) It's not as if you can put a time on when your body is going to become unwell. It's a real shame as all the doctors I've dealt with have been great as have the other members of reception, it's one particular lady who I only know by voice over the phone. I'm sure everyone in the practice will know exactly who she is. I understand that it must be stressful taking calls all day as well as all the other administrative duties carried out within a busy practice, but if everyone else can manage to be polite, courteous and respectful then why can't this particular individual?

Hopeless! Once you eventually get someone to answer the phone, you get a receptionist that seems determined to make sure you don't get an appointment with a GP. If you're lucky you'll have a GP phone you back within the hour to diagnose your condition over the phone. They'd be better calling themselves NHS24. After i done the original review above based on a "doctor" phoning me back and diagnosing me as having food poison and dehydration over the phone with my symptoms of sore stomach, nausea, sickness, blood orange urine, feeling cold and shivering in 23c heat and feeling very fatigued. The days after the review i was diagnosed as having Appendicitis by a doctor at the Vale of Leven Hospital who quickly dismissed food poison and sent me to Paisley RAH where i spent the next 12 days. it turned out to be a burst appendix that had been burst for 3-4 days by the time I went to surgery then i had sepsis as it been so badly infected from the burst appendix being left untreated for so long. So never let any doctor, especially from this practice allow themselves to diagnose you over the phone. It is nothing short of lazy and completely incompetent. If I continued to follow their over the phone advice i would most certainly not been here to write the rest of this review.
