After reading the reviews about this doctors surgery I wanted to find out by myself! And yes it’s true now I know all what’s going on but when you have a disabled bathrooms that say staff only, only to be told you need to ask reception if it’s ok to then wait 10 mins while staff stand and chat about nothing knowing I’m waiting to speak to them! I gave up and went in anyway!! It’s common sense to see someone sitting in a wheelchair who needs assistance and your too busy taking about knowing! Ie parking space and the price of parking!!

Worst doctors ever ,impossible to get appointment and proscription always wrong or not even been sent. Receptionist try there best but 1/10 for overall service.

Reception staff living up to the negative stereotype of being aggressive and evasive. Near impossible to get an appointment and when you do it’s always running late.
