Absolutely outrageous . If I could I would give minus 5 Stars... I was mis-sold the wrong cigarettes from this shop. After returning to exchange the cigarettes ie I was sold the menthol version. I explained this and was refused an exchange because I had opened the packet. Not only was I refused an exchange for the mis-sold cigarettes she was also refusing to give me back the cigarettes she Mis-sold me ...??...Given I was refused an exchange , I assume they are refusing to refund my money along with refusing to return the mis-sold cigarettes I was sold and paid for... sounds suspiciously like attempted theft to me..!!!.. So we are all to just go there be sold the wrong cigarettes - complain and they keep the mis-sold cigarettes and your money ...After asking several times for my property back ( the mis-sold cigarettes) eventually after a torrent of abuse she exchanged the cigarettes by throwing the cigarettes through the serving hatch to the floor whilst shouting and swearing abuse at me...shocking behaviour....!!!... Dire customer service. ...!!! Beggars belief that not only this shop can refuse to exchange or refund your money they sincerely believe they are entitled to keep the cigarettes they sold you..???? ... and will try to intimidate you in to leave the shop with nothing...Absolutely lawless...!! Stay clear - buyer beware...thankfully it was a pack of cigarettes I was mis-sold - heaven help you if they sell you the wrong bottle of whiskey - Good Luck with that...! This is the second time I’ve had to re-post this review and every time it’s ripped down I will be re-posting this along with keeping account of the number of postings...this is absolutely outrageous behaviour and this company doesn’t even to appear to have a complaints form or a complaints procedure - and that sounds suspiciously illegal yet again..!!!
