On both occasions I have entered this store I have been spoken to badly by the same member of staff. Terribly rude & ignorant man. 10th November. 3.30pm. Tall, broad man little hair. He’s horribly rude. I have just moved down the road and will not use your store again because of him.

Staff not wearing a mask, neither do shoppers. I must have missed the signs saying everyone's exempt or stepped back in time. I won't be back. Much heathier that I take the extra steps to the big supermarket where nearly everyone wears a mask or if they're not I can step a safe social distance away.

Rude staff. If you don’t want to keep a parcel then don’t offer Hermes drop off services! EDIT: My wife (toddler and baby on pushchair) went back to use their Hermes "service" since they said the business changed hands. They had no problem telling her to go back home with the parcel. If you are looking for a place to return stuff using Hermes, don't waste your time here. We use Budgens now.
