Sometimes you need to wait 10 minutes if something is needing cooked but is that bad? You know it is fresh then.
They make the best fish in the area, if you like big flakes of fish in a crispy batter and not a soggy limo batter.

Battered chicken to die for
10 out of 10 Highly recommend.
This used to be my go to local chippie for 20 years until new guy started cooking. The batter is far too thick now so is soggy and inedible by the time I get home. Thin it down and it will be crispy for longer.. No need to flour the fish either.
My family ran a chip shop so I know what I'm talking about.
Always a long wait for chips.
