Supposed to be a drive through, wasn't that busy, we were asked to park up and wait for someone to bring meals out. 20 mins later guy comes out to car with wrong order, some of the stuff was for vehicle behind us. Certainly won't be back there, utter rubbish and not worth the money.
Worst drive-thru service ever.
20min wait after being served and told to park in a bay.
Never took vehicle details so we were asked on several occasions if the order the person was bringing out was ours when it was those who had been waiting before us.
Management need to get a grip, sort out their protocol and give customers a decent service!
Good food the place could do with a better kitchen manger that keeps the place cleaner
Should have just went to MacDonald's had to throw fillet burger in the bin chicken was tough and inedable. No lemon wipes, no drinks holder and all put in a bag so small everything was crushed and the bag ripped. On the bright side though I now have 23 packets if salt.
Terrible. Told I had to wait 25 minutes on the food after being handed 5 ice creams in holders they didn't fit in at a drive-thru. Didn't get bottle of juice in one of the meal choices which also had 2 less pieces of chicken than it was supposed to.
