Worst surgery ever. They have ego issues. Never every register yourself here. I can't believe how can the doctors have ego issues.
The doctors are truly amazing but one of the receptionist is truly appalling. I moved about 6 months ago just slightly out of catchment area, told them in person and asked if I could stay registered with them. They said yes. A few months later I have an emergency appointment with one of the amazing GP, she tells me I will eventually have to register with another GP but if I'm not better by the following Monday she can see me again. I call first thing Monday morning only to be told by the receptionist that I had been removed from their list and they couldn't do anything for me. She wouldn't even let me have a phone call with the doctor. I had to call 111 who told me to go to A&E and I ended up spending the night in hospital waiting all because they couldn't wait just one more week before removing me from their lists.
Amazing Surgery!! I had an pleasant time registering with this surgery, all the staff at the surgery were friendly and welcoming. I got to see the doctor the same day as the registration which was brilliant. Receptionists were helpful and kind. I would recommend this surgery to everyone living in this area!! :)
Great surgery. Super helpful on reception. Managed to get last minute appointments on a number of occasions. Always friendly and happy to help. GPs know their stuff and will go the extra mile if they can. You're doing a great job, guys. Keep up the good work.
I was a new patient and they were super efficient. Dealt with everything on the day and picked up all my prescriptions from next door. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend!
