Had such a great shopping experience today. Went in not really knowing what I needed to get for my new puppy but the staff member who helped me (Nicola) was extremely helpful. At no point did I feel like I was being sold to, it was a true customer service experience; she was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to care about my puppy. Cant wait to go back, you've gain a loyal customer due to your great member of staff 😊

This is a smaller store but it is well stocked with various things, staff are knowledgeable and very friendly.
