I highly commend and praise the office administration team. I have been a patient of East One Health for 7 years and throughout this time, the team has constantly provided a friendly, efficient and supportive service. The team listen and really do care which is all you can ask for as a patient! During these challenging times; the team despite operating within constraints has maintained this excellent level of service. Over the last two weeks, Aliya and Michael have both gone the extra mile to ensure that my paperwork was turned around timely. I reiterate my thanks and highly commend the team for the excellent help.

I have been a patient at East One Health Centre for 16 years. The practice is the best I have ever had. I have Diabetes and the care and updates of my health has been on high outstanding level. The appointment system has made it very convenient for myself to see GP after working hours. Kings and the rest of the receptionists always provide very good customer service. Aaliyah, is very patient on the phone as appointments are being arranged over the phone. I am very happy with my GP surgery and I intend to stay there for future purposes.

I've been going to East One Health since 2012. I've always been treated kindly and respectfully, whether it is on the phone or in person. The team are great and very professional. I hate getting any type of injections, as I have an irrational fear of needles, but the team really put me at ease (I hardly feel any injections). I highly recommend East One Health.

My very first accessing a service at my new GP surgery. The telephone call from the receptionist was very polite and inviting. The treatment i received from my flu jab was also professional. Assessment of questions carried out before hand and explanation of what to expect after. Very happy patient
