I have received nothing but good service at this surgery and the staff have always been so warm, efficient and helpful. The reception staff could be less blunt but otherwise very clean, quiet and pleasant.

Useless staff lack of professionalism. I think the only thing they care is their CHANEL bag and make-up. Legally I think a person like that should not be qualified for one of the GPs.

Really bad receptionist. Good luck trying to get through by phone as well - sounds like they deliberately hang up and turn answer phone on.
