Great service, very efficient. The man at the front of the shop today- (3/12/20) (unfortunately i didn't get his name) was brilliant, so lovely and helped by making my glasses a perfect fit!

So I saw Aysha today - absolutely amazing! It was a lengthy appointment due to health problems I suffer from. She was so patient and helpful with me, staff were professional.
She explained everything so well, kept me in the loop and reassured the problem/worry I came with. Did not rush with me at all. Had a lovely long chat - from the consultation to picking out my specs!

We saw Aysha Badat today, her service was excellent. She is very nice and polite helped us pick a nice pair of glasses. The eye test was done by Aura, she also provided an excellent service.

The service is excellent, it is clear to see how well this branch has adapted to the pandemic. I was served by Sahela and Aysha who were both extremely helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I had the best experience possible. This will now be my regular branch!
I had an eye test with Aishah the Monday that just went upon the advice of my GP after some health concerns, turns out I have something called Idiopathic Intracranial hypertension which Aishah flagged up and had her colleague Sahela double check, they were so professional and compassionate in their approach allowing me the time and space to wrap my head around what was going on. Had Sahela not written a referral letter the way she did to the hospital I would have been turned away thus potentially losing my eyesight. They both went above and beyond with my care and Aishah went out of her way to check in with me the following day, so very grateful for all of their help. Thank you so much ladies. God bless you both :)
