Worst health care centre ever. Can't give it negative stars unfortunately. Appointment lines always engaged or cuts off. So you have to dial again. After 9am no one answers. Answer machine rejects/hangs your call. Made an appointment for my father and was told to go in for a blood test and been told to call in for that appointment. How are we to do a blood test over the phone? So this was now seen as a missed appointment. The nurse or doctor didn't call. We have to call but can't get through because the phone lines are busy engaged or answer machine cuts you off. Receptionists: Couple of them are friendly and hard working. Majority of them are rude and always challenging. Confidentiality is kicked out the door as they speak loud and the whole waiting room can hear the conversation. Some of them act like its their dads surgery. Doctors: always seems to be in a rush. You can only speak to them about one issue. If you want to speak about multiple problems you need to make another appointment or ask for an extended appointment when booking. Are they friendly and understanding? Some are. I saw couple of doctors who never made eye contact and prescribed medicine without checking anything. Location: easy, accessible, clean but seen broken chairs. Sellotaped leaflet shelves and chipped walls. Run down.

Mary (the Receptionist/Administrator) is an absolute star. She is not only kind, caring but her professionalism is such a high standard. I think other reception staff could learn from Mary as some are very cold and rude. The practice itself is not great. It is hard to get appointments. Doctor Susannah is such a great doctor but unfortunately I haven't been able to get an appointment with her for over a year. Andy, the RGN/RMN nurse is fantastic too. Notwithstanding the above, I don't know who my GP is any more. I believe Dr Okun has left but I am just guessing. There is no continuity of care because most of the doctors seem to be locums. This has really affected the level of care that I have received. I know there's a pandemic but patients' lives are at stake if the service does not improve.

This practice has improved massively in the last couple of years. The staff work hard and they are still working hard despite the ongoing pressures due to the COVID pandemic. Be respectful and let the staff know their worth.

service aint that bad,but can be at times as the reception seem to deal with loads of enquiries..wich turns them to be rude and stressed out towards patients wich is utterly unacceptable.phone appointments can be upto waiting time upto 45minutes. place neat and standered ..review about doctors cant really say as it depends of different docters they have on rotation and patients bond between ,overall its ok.

During these surreal times, I was pleased to see the efforts taken by the staff here to help. I’m not great with blood tests but was so happy to have Mrs Subarna Barua take my blood. Pain free and she really kept me at ease. Thank you, to all of you - from booking in my appointment on the phone, Aisha, to the lady at reception today doing her best managing everything and the dr. Appreciated it. :) take care and stay safe.
