Due to them being in tier 4 we had to pick up from the driveway but the lady was very lovely and friendly and apologetic but not her fault at all. The first time we've had to go to collect. A very good service as always. Frozen always arrives in good condition. Highly recommended

Great find this place, we usually go to Boss rat for our snakes food but it closes on the 13th Dec for Christmas so we had to find somewhere else and after scanning the Internet for another supplier we found TSM and I can say there items are very competitively priced and they look very good quality in my experience also my items arrived frozen solid 👍🏼, we received great customer service from Simon and he couldn't do enough to help, the courier sends you a text message to state what time your items will be delivered but like an idiot I put in the wrong phone number when placing my order 🤭 Simon couldn't do enough to try and find out roughly what time it was arriving as I was working nights the night before and wanted to get some sleep before my next shift. Will definitely be using TSM again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great quality, great prices. Been using tsm pet supplies for about 6 months now, they're the most reasonably priced that I could find. I've always received excellent service from them - the shipping is well priced and the products are great and well packaged
