Found Longcroft on line and was a bit anxious as it was the first time away from my 11 week old kitten. From first correspondence I felt comfortable and happy with the fab professional service. Judith was excellent from start to finish. All information, forms, details etc were sent over exactly as promised and everything was in place for my kitty’s stay. Judith met us at the station for collection and provided regulars updates throughout the stay. I felt totally comfortable that my pet was being well looked after and this was confirmed at drop of when my kitten was returned clean, fed and totally relaxed and happy. Thank you Judith - excellent service. I would definitely recommend and look forward to Oreo seeing you again when we visit Margate.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this cat hotel. The facilities are outstanding - think home from home with a touch of luxury thrown in. Judith has a deep and abiding love of cats and was able to settle my rather nervous rescue cat very quickly. Don’t hesitate - book!

We always take our boys to stay at Longcroft when my husband and I go away. Judith provides excellent care and attention to her guests, and we love to receive the photo updates to know how they are getting on. It is hard to be away from your pets but it is reassuring to know they are being looked after by someone who genuinely loves cats and that they are getting plenty of playtime and tasty treats. There are lots of options to choose from in terms of rooms and board, and if your cats have any special requirements (e.g. vet-prescribed food) Judith is totally accommodating of these, too. I would definitely recommend Longcroft to anyone looking for a high-quality cattery.

Longcroft Hotel is the perfect place to leave your cat with total peace of mind. The hotel & suites are immaculate. We received regular pictures and updates of how Lola was doing whilst we were away. I would highly recommend the Longcroft Hotel.

My usual place was booked up and I was alittle worried going somewhere new. But WOW what a beautiful cattery. I'm so happy to find this wonderful place blue was so happy to stay here. With regular updates and pictures the owner couldn't do enough for me or blue. And he even got a little goodie bag to come home with. Wow so cute this is now my number 1 place for a cattery stay for blue. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would thank you so much.
