Complete shambles. Have been trying to obtain test results for 3 weeks only to be continually fobbed off by receptionist. When I'd finally had enough receptionist told me to personally chase for the results. 1 phone call later my me to find out my Dr's had been emailed the results 1 day after my scan! Now I have to wait over the weekend for a Dr to read and then call me back as no callback spaces available that day. Utterly appalling and I really hope for their sake and mine that my results are clear.

Such a fab GP! I called them on a Tuesday about my symptoms, got a call back within the hour, and an appointment an hour later. They got my bloods done, rushed through and called first thing the next day with the progress. Dr.Mckenzie and Dr.Keeling are so friendly and speak to you like human beings. They explain everything to you fully and have given me so much support. So glad i joined this surgery!!!

Had major pain with both feet leaving me unable to walk. After calling got told a doctor would ring me. Doctor called promptly and diagnosed my problem within minutes. Was told prescription would be ready for me within half hour. When I got my lift and arrived it was ready and waiting. Three days later I'm back to normal. Couldn't ask for a better GP service.

Avoid. Was told by the pharmacist next door that they offer a walk in service. Paid to park and walked in. Told they 'only have one doctor' and wouldn't see my sick child. Waste of time.

Have been misdiagnosed on 2 occasions at this surgery.A couple of years ago they said I had IBS after a phone consultation with the doctor. They didnt bother to see me or examine me. It got worse so I ended up not being able to move far or go out of the house I was then admitted to hospital in agony I was diagnosed with gall stones then had to have op. The second time was recently I got an appointment where I had to go to buckland hospital for a morning week day appointment the doctors set up for me. I travelled there by bus as I was really ill. The doctor I saw shut a door in my face and didnt apologise. He said it's a virus and set me away.after a month of them saying it was a virus I couldn't eat during this time and was having bad diererrah.i rang the surgery they said come for a blood test and stool sample next week. A couple of days later I was taken to hospital in pain diagnosed with gastroenteritis and given 7 antibiotics to take a day as it was so bad
