A disappointing experience. The half-empty restaurant was fully staffed, yet despite having a reservation, we were shown to an unclean table, where we had to wait nearly 60 minutes for our food.
At the prices charged, we expect a much higher quality of service and atmosphere, especially given the plethora of alternatives nearby with exceptional service.
We were also unsure as to why the plate features a piece of paper, which disintegrates, requiring you to actively avoid eating it (see photo).
Come to this restaurant twice a month,over the year,and always get top service from the staff and a beautiful meal.
Simple bit of grilled chicken with fries for GBP16 or whatever it was, seemed quite expensive. Fantastic staff though.

We received a pretty slow and inattentive service at the Clubhouse. We booked a table for two, several days ahead, we arrived on time, our table hadn’t been wiped clean, and it took 55 mins for our order to be taken and food to arrive.
