I love the sales assistants. They are always very attentive and kind. However, the security lady was following behind me all the time all the time, which I found really rude. I understand she is doing her job but I don’t look like a thief, I have never stole anything in my whole life. I think, I was racially misjudged. For this reason, I would not be visiting this store again. Managers should really train their staff on regular basis. I found it really rude, being honest! Thank you
Pretty standard superdrug store. Just be aware to check your products content before purchasing. After purchasing a used hair product, the next time I decided to make sure to check inside. To my annoyance, literally every single one had a finger dipped into it. The staff really need to be on the lookout for customers using their products without buying.
I just been to this shop and sales girl try to sale me lots of things to me. They need to understand that if customer wants something they will ask by themselves. They do not need to force buy things on customer. Also some people do not have good day and they just want quick shopping experience but this type of things make people to go another shops next time.
I was in the stor for collections my order the told me someone collect my order . My question without ID how is possible to collect and it was medicin no tea or coffee. They are not doing proper job.
I'm not happy with the staff customer service. He was very insulting and I would like to put in a complaint.
