On website there is not enough information, costumer service is extremely poor, they are just here for scam, highly advice you to stay away from them.

I can't praise this company enough, always quick delivery (even in this time of lockdown), and always good communication. Brilliant service and good prices.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. !!...😡 No delivery of item, Very rude, bad attitude guy on the phone when called to see where it was . We ordered some meds, they didn’t arrive, when called to see if could chase up was told they were delivered a week ago, had a thorough check at the delivery address and called back. Was then told that it was our fault, wrong address was put on order yet on order confirmation and the invoice all addresses were correct, when questioned the guy became very rude and obstinate. On second call back it Turns out that he doesn’t have notification of delivery on his system, he lied on the first phone call , said it was our fault and we would have to wait. When questioned about the correct addresses being on all correspondence from this company he became angry and even more rude, talking over me, trying to bully me into believing his nonsense. We Explained we have Ill animals with us that need their medication and we need them ASAP, waiting 10 days for a delivery is more than enough, he kept repeating over and over it was our fault as we put he wrong delivery address down, yet order confirmation and invoice both have the correct addresses on.....because of this we would now have to wait even longer as a result By now I was getting quite frustrated due to the disrespectful manner of this man and told him to just refund us and we would go somewhere else. He then put the phone down on me.... I called back thinking the line had cut out and asked for a refund again ,he explained that he put the phone down on me and then he had the audasticy to say that I was now being rude to him and put the phone down again. I rang back to ask for the person in charge as I was disgusted with the service we had received from the customer service guy, it turns out this guy was the man In charge ....😳 Somebody that treats and talks to their customers this way does not deserve our business .... Terrible service, terrible Customer service when item wasn’t delivered, and beyond rude when dealing with us when we called .... we would never ever again give them any business. This man is an arrogant person, that just will not listen to anything other than what he as to say, In my younger days I would have taken the 40 minute drive to Bedford and given this guy a slap around the side of his face....nowadays I’m a little more relaxed and have taken to this to warn you guys off 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Absolutely Shocking service. ordered medication and antibiotics for my dog suffering with a severe mastitis and phantom pregnancy for the first time from this site. The website doesn't accept photo's from an Iphone due to the size of the file so had to email the prescriptions separately. Order placed within an hour of receiving the prescription from my vet (who didn't have the medication in stock) on the Thursday night. Vet dispense was the only supplier who had Galastop and Clevaseptin "in stock". Urgently sent 2 emails with prescriptions attached explaining it was an urgent order and didn't want a separate email with her prescriptions delaying the order. Received no further correspondence, so I called to be told that the items had to specially ordered on the Friday so weren't posted until the Monday. Three phone calls and £65 later, dog still has a severe infection and lactating as though she has a litter of 12 pups and due another £35 check up with a Vet who is expecting to give the all clear. And all they can tell me is "wait 14 days before asking for a refund". Christmas week or now (which it wasn't when the order was placed) animals depending on emergency medicine should not be "at the mercy of Royal mail".. My postman, the same post man I have had for 6 years i might add tells me Royal Mail aren't struggling and maintaining 1st class deliveries withing 48 hours at the latest. Save your self a fortune and maybe your pets life and don't bother with this lot.
