I went to silver screen this afternoon. Staff were amazing. The silver screen ticket comes with a hot drink and slice of cake. I was expecting a small bit of cake which was pre packaged. What I got was a gorgeous chunk of carrot cake. Mon-wed through October, you also get a glass of wine and a pizza. I couldn't believe it. Thank you

First time going back to a cinema since lock down and we watched Tenet - the staff were really helpful and led us to our seats and came to get our orders if we wanted drinks - of course I wanted a cup of tea as it's super yummy and they always do little touches like having a small green and blacks milk chocolate bar to go with. Lovely day - the film was really good a little weird but there we go! Can't fault the staff - you do get what you pay for here!

My local cinema, genuine hospitality and warmth from the team there. Its like you walk in and you're family. Can't wait to go back after lockdown, shame I missed V for Vendetta!!

My partner booked tickets for Tuesday instead of Wednesday by mistake. So when we arrived on wednesday we was told the tickets are no good, but ben on the reception could see the innocent mistake and decided to give us complementary tickets for today. so we didn’t have to pay twice to see one film. then we all had a laugh about it. I appreciate when staff go that extra mile instead of being Jobsworths Thanx Ben Great service, and this is why we are and will remain regulars 😉

Lovely cinema and service. Just avoid the new Bill and Ted film. Sofa luckily comfortable enough for a snooze.
