Tenet movie was too loud during the big action sections so some control would have been good!!
Fab, independent cinema. Big stadium rocker seats, very comfortable. Very reasonable pricing. Pizza & beer delivered to your seats. Very quiet between lockdowns, but felt very safe. Hoping life get back to normal soon.
I have nothing but praise for this cinema complex. Clean, comfortable and a very relaxing experience. Staff are always super friendly- shout out to Martin Day for helping me find my misplaced arm sling!

What's not to like?
Had the most amazing customer service experience at the Light Cinema in Addlestone this weekend. Sam (Manager) and Reece yesterday were friendly and welcoming; and did not hesitate in finding a quick solution to my very specific request. The upcoming Lockdown meant I had to change my tickets so today I went back to find Melissa (Manager) and Angel just as warm and helpful as the others. I appreciate the effort each staff member went to in helping me; thank you for being so polite, accommodating and making me feel valued as a customer. I look forward to attending many shows post Lockdown and in the meantime will promote this cinema and their awesome staff as much as possible.
