Absolutely dreadful, twice they failed to deliver a parcel, saying they had left a calling card....unless it's invisible...the driver is telling porkies. Tried calling them, all to no avail. Absolutely shocking service.

Parcel was supposed to come today at 10am to 11am so they decided to reschedule for Monday and say that i did and they apparently tried to deliver the parcel but they said the restaurant wasn't open and nobody was in even though foh bar and boh staff where in why would i change the day at that time

My parcel was due to be delivered yesterday. Received an email to say it had been delivered and put in my garden. The parcel was not there and the picture that was sent was not my garden. I have tried contacting them and I get cut off every time.
