We have used my storage hub to store our belongings moving between houses. We were advised on the size we would need and got a good deal by taking an upstairs space. The upstairs with no lift is no problem as they have trolleys for heavy items and a great space downstairs for unloading from a van. Fantastic service throughout from them, would highly recommend if you need things in a 100% dry, safe space. Great access when we wanted and it is also in a good location just off the a55.
We are an online business and we started using My Storage Hub as our business grew and we needed some storage space. We started off with a fairly small unit but we have upgraded twice, and now we have two units, one of which we are able to work in.
My Storage Hub have been fantastic, and they have been really flexible about us changing units as the business grew. They offer great value for money and all our interactions with the staff have been extremely positive. We would highly recommend them.
Used My Storage Hub as an interim measure when moving house. Excellent service from starting to leaving. The unit was clean well ventilated and secure. The access arrangements ( especially with Covid) were first class. You can access the unit across a range of hours using a unique pass code. There was always a trolley available to move stuff around. Highly recommended.
Friendly and helpful staff, easy to use facility, very clean and felt safe and secure. My Storage Hub was a great stop gap for a couple of months when we needed to store some furniture off site while waiting for some building work to be completed. Would definitely recommend.
This is a great local business that looked after our storage needs this year. Very friendly staff. Covid-safe with disinfectant and hand gel on hand for the trolley if you need to use it.
