Good clean store with good products but staff on tills seriously let it down. Served by a young girl and just because we are having to wear masks does not mean that we have to grunt or not have basic manners like please and thank you. Spent £400 and not a please and when I paid, receipt just thrown on the counter and no thank you. Can’t be bothered attitude. Disappointed due to that matter.

Totally disappointed .ZERO .star's the communication between the relevant kitchen fitting departments is NONE existent £12000 order cancelled. Apart from that, the designer Dave at Chester branch did a excellent job full marks to him but as soon as he past on the order it all took a massive nose dive. Unable to post comments without choosing star's, so the 1 star is not to be acknowledged

Visited Wickes (Chester) today The staff were fantastic from the minute we walked through the door. We were asked if we needed any help and if we needed help finding anything. We selected 15sqm of tiles but didn't have a trolley but a staff member went out to get us a trolley and pretty much loaded the trolley with the boxes of tiles for us he made sure to check the boxes and ensure we didn't have any damaged ones. Unfortunately I did not catch the shop assistants name but he is a credit to the store. Only down side is the car park needed abit of thought put into it and an easier entrence/exit system being introduced

Conveniently next to larger B&Q. Has a load of things for great prices. Friendly staff. Carefully laid out to facilitate social distancing. Treasure trove for DIYers. Kitchens, plumbing, electrics, cleaning, flooring, and much much more.
