The delivery guys were great 5/5 for them but my overall experience wasn't great we were told 8 weeks but it took 24 weeks and bad communication on the phone when we called them noone knew what they were doing. Disappointing but redeemed by the delivery men who went above and beyond.

Unhelpful and rude staff. SCS are a middle man. They dont own the products or have anyone to fit for you so they will make you do all the work, so they arent liable. They dont even have their own delivery team. And any issues will be ignored. Avoid at all cost

We went to see a sofa that we liked after viewing it on line, but we needed to sit on it to see if it was right for us. We spoke to the sale's person Mr Ian Turpin he took us to see the sofa and was very good at explaining everything we needed to know about it and helped us choose the colour. Then talked us though the finance options . This store is recommended
