And one star is being generous ordered 9 weeks ago staff in store can’t fault them however I have had 2 text messages to say I can book a delivery clicked on the link only to get a picture of a truck and nothing else have the no to be put on hold for over an hr no answer! I have telephoned the Chester branch automated response says you are closed how is this when you don’t close til 8pm? So now I will have to take a trip out to Chester to try and speak to a human being . First and last time I will ever buy from this cowboy out fit take my advice they like taking your money but that is as far as you will get with them shocking ! Save yourself this stress go elsewhere.

In order to review I had to put 1 star but honestly it would be zero!!! Very poor quality furniture that creased within days! After initial complaint an assessor attended to inspect and advised nothing wrong with the furniture! Shocking. You don’t expect a new suite to look so poor and need plumping every time you have sat on it. There was a complaint issued and a part refund provided however over £500 was withheld- this relates to my parents who are pensioners . My opinion is how poor quality the furniture is to begin with! To withhold monies paid is appalling and nothing short of theft- the suite had only been in their possession for a matter of weeks before initial complaint made and it being returned. Steer clear of sofology! The furniture is terrible quality and they keep hold of your money. I will be spreading the word

Friendly and helpful Staff, just avoid their furniture. After 28 days of use the seat cushion on my £1900 sofa look like this (and yes, it had just been plumped). Cheap Chinese manufacturing - shop elsewhere. 29/01/20 - 2 month update, seat cushion stitching now split.

Service in store very good alas the product doesn't match the service cushions always going out of shape and flat same with sofa backs seems like very little or poor quality filling not impressed
