Being patient is an important customer service skill and the reception does not have it.
I have always found this practice to be excellent. They have always found time for my children when they are acutely unwell and additionally the GPs show a great level of understanding of all the issues I have shared with them over the last 6 years. Today, the receptionist has gone above and beyond my expectations to resolve a prescription issue for me. Well done everyone at New Road Surgery.
I have never been to a Practice like it. Absolutely fantastic. All the staff are so friendly. The reception ladies are amazing. They do everything in their power to find appointments to suit you and work around your schedule. The Nurses are so friendly and the Doctors are fantastic at ensuring you receive the best care and they make you feel so welcome. Hats off to this Surgery. It's the best I have ever come across!
New Road Surgery has been my medical place for over 30 years and I have never had a problem with it. My GP, Dr Clare Jenkins, is wonderful, the reception staff are always as nice and helpful as possible and I have never had a problem with any one of the nurses or doctors. These places are always overwhelmed by treatments and patients and you sometimes need to wait a while, but NRS is just a good, considerate place and my GP is unbelievably talented, smart, caring and so helpful.
Amazing primary care centre. Very helpful and friendly stuff. Receptionists always go above and beyond to help with finding a slot, doctors and nurses are very caring and professional. Thank you for your hard work and attitude that, all health care professionals should look up to.
