I had an appointment for an Ultrasound and the doctor had social manners of an dried up date. The nurse was just rushing around and neither asked me how i was?? More importantly, ask me if i was comfortable getting the Ultrasound done by a male doctor?
The doctor didn't ask or say anything. Not even a 'Hello'... I don't even know if he was a doctor or what as he never introduced himself to me. How rude.
After the scan i had to ask him questions if everything is OK?? ", he was only responding as if i was asking him details about his personal life!! I was so worried and neither of them put me at ease.
Whilst this doctor or who ever he was doing the Ultrasound, this nurse was doing her own thing instead of standing next to me as he was examining a female patient. It was totally wrong.. It was in and out of the door.
Would never come here again. The nurse needs a Deorant has she was shrinking of BO.
Lived up and down the country but this the best surgery I have ever been. Most of the GPs r brilliant but I must mention that Dr Amin is an absolute legend. Very competent and nice. The staff are also very helpful and cooperative. Love u all.
Quick and efficient surgery. Got a blood test 2 hous after calling Doctor. Got the results next day from the Gp with a hospital appoint the following week. Superb
Dr Standers is the epitome of professionalism. Not only was very thorough with his examination and treatment planning he was kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend him.
Brilliant surgery, joined just before lockdown, and would ring for prescription as was out of my inhaler, spoke to doctor and prescription was at my nearest chemist within 20 minutes. Was amazed.
