My experience has been positive, even when dealing with reception which by its nature, is a tough gig even for saints. I logged a request to talk to someone and then got a text confirming a broad time a couple of days later, which was achieved. I had to attend for blood to be taken which was efficient and timely.
Absolutely abysmal. There is no way to manage appointments digitally (website or a mobile app) and the phone line is a mockery to all patients, with huge waiting times and a voice that mindlessly repeates useless information. I can't even understand how they are even legally allowed to offer healthcare with such a level of service quality.
Went in for my flu jab and it was very efficient and well organised and staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you.
Had flu injection yesterday staff were very nice and helpful.and it was very .organised.always found the receptionist very good when I have had to phone.under the circumstances they are doing a great job
Always on hold for a very long time and when you get to positions 1 the line often cuts then you have to start again. I find some of the receptionist is always rude.
They never seem to know the full story or read patient files properly....
