Great to be doing my volunteering there
So rude. Never accepts responsiblity. I was informed my prescription was with them yet they had to ask my old Pharmacy to send the prescription across to them, I asked them what is happening and they said it's stuck in "spine". The woman got very agressive and impatient, I'm now returning to my previous pharmacy.
I would highly recommend this pharmacy for very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient service.
Popped by today with my other half after being advised by the pharmacy opposite to check with Delite for an item of medication. I was served by a women who was very abrupt, (may have caught them at the wrong time but I was a little taken aback). I would have stayed longer to browse the shop, but didn't feel very welcome.
