Kids loved staying here had a partial view but not as good as the safari. Can see the squirrel monkeys at the back. Need to book the bar and pool prior to arrival is best. You need an app for the restaurant foods ok.

Rooms are okay for small family. Inside the rooms there is no fridge not like any other hotels. May be I'm not in premium room. For me this one is not a hotel just like Holiday Inn or Premier Inn. But staffs were very helpful and friendly. The reason I gave four stars is because of the staffs.

Amazing view and great food , some rooms even have a playstation it was all easier to get with genie help services though love it

The Azteca hotel is good enough that this is my second time here in 16 months. This review is kept as relevant as possible, to let people know about changes made to Covid-19. For the most part, you will see ample guidance on where to walk, wait etc and hand sanitizer stations throughout; I felt it was well organised and managed. What was a let down was the breakfast. Not the table service, but the fact it's a bit of a pre-made guessing game. You get a (very) small drink, the staff can tell you the cereal, full English or vegetarian full English choices you have, but it's not possible to really do anything else. Ask for less bacon, more sausage? Nope. The plates are already dished up. Toast? Not hot as it's been put through and plated 5 minutes ago. In all honesty, I'd rather save money and have a "no breakfast" stay option. That aside, it is very good here and recommended.

Booked 2 nights came back 2nd day to find towels dumped in a bag outside the door clean- I presume they were for us?! Paid for parking as the man checking us in didn't give us a pass. Didn't temp check us until breakfast so safety goes out the window. Came back from park to a locked gate. Shower broken and bathroom tap go stuck open- generally just run down and needs a good look at. Disappointing after a few visits it used to be so much more. Covid safety is awful.
