We were due to stay in March but that got cancelled due to covid so we changed to this weekend. We had a Room on the Broom room which comes with your own parking space! The room was fantastic and we had an amazing view of the animals. We booked a slot in the pool and had a great 45 minutes in there, it is VERY clean, cleanest pool I've been in for a long time! Slept well, then had a good breakfast in the Aztecs hotel next door. Plenty of food, even for a veggie! All staff are great! My boys had a magical weekend. Thank you

Kids loved staying here and waking up to see the animals from our window. Has a swimming pool and restaurant you have to book both prior to arriving. Temple restaurant was closed but safari was open. Bit expensive the food for what it was. An app needs to be downloaded so you can eat there. Lovely themed hotel and managed to see the squirrel monkeys🐒

Had breakfast in this restaurant. I imagine it would normally be self service when the old rona isn't about. Staff were helpful, you're handed your plate at the counter with all the items you selected. Nice hot food and good quality. One way system in place to help with social distancing, though as ever, you get the odd ones who can't understand an arrow telling them which way to go

We had an excellent stay. Beds were sooo comfortable - we had a really good night's sleep. Will definitely come again on a longer break next time.
