Amazing place to have a great time, especially if your little one is crazy about trains like mine! They have the chance to ride miniature trains and all of them go crazy! A space for birthday parties is a green field that can host several parties at the same time. The kids run around, play and love absolutely everything! Such a great surprise!
A local gem. Two railway circuits tucked away in a hidden piece of parkland. Enthusiastic volunteers run a slick operation with trains leaving every few mins throughout the day. Open days are very busy, so aim for the start of the end of the day otherwise expect to queue for 30 mins for each ride.

Brilliant attraction for children who like trains even a little bit... that's also true for adults. The whole thing is run by real enthusiasts, and that really shines through in the trains and track layouts, the little stations, train sheds, signal boxes, ticket office and other buildings, all of which work properly.
There are a selection of miniature trains that you can ride. They're mostly genuine coal powered stream trains, though there are a few diesels.
There's two separate tracks: one with slightly larger trains which is a bit longer and more interesting, with lots of switches, lights and signals - all of which work properly.
There's an ice cream shop, and a little cafe selling tea, coffee and cakes.
