Great food as always. I went to collect a takeaway from an online order which wasn't ready (IT issue) so had to wait outside along with those in the 'virtual queue' waiting to dine in. Parts of my order were missing but after calling them (from home) they sorted it without fuss. Normally I've not had these issues when collecting. Thought the barriers in the restaurant to enable social distancing for diners could have been a lot better. Instead of a glass/perspex panel it was a chicken shaped barrier which wouldn't have made me feel comfortable if I was dining in. Would only go back for a takeaway for now, until the pandemic ends.

First time here since lockdown, the whole process felt very sanitary and well thought out. We felt really comfortable. Staff were fantastic and food was its usual high standard. Really enjoyed our evening. Thanks guys! James Towey

Me and my family came for some food and got told we may not be able to eat as the restaurant had quite a large waiting list and there was 7 of us. however a member of staff called Yasir came over and told us to hang around whilst he tried to make it possible. After a few moments he came back and said our table will be ready in about 10 minutes!! After we were seated he Continued to go above and beyond for us! He Explained the social distance procedures, how we order, the menu changes and queried if we had any allergies( for our safety). I was so impressed by his helpful, enthusiastic and positive attitude towards not just us, but everyone he spoke to! Nothing was too much for him. Once we ordered our waitress came over she was wonderful too! I didn’t catch her name but she had black hair with some blue in it, again really helpful& attentive ! Overall we had a great experience! Food was hot and fresh!

Because of the Covid and new rules we had to wait 2 hours in a virtual queue to dine in. After 2 hours of walking from shop to shop, starving and cold we were able to go to the restaurant. The table and chair were sticky. The heating just broke so we were sitting in a freezing cold. After 30 min of waiting I asked the waitress where is our order as we didn't receive even our drinks and they admitted that they mixed up our order as they put wrong table number on the order and they assured they will start preparing the food again. So we received undercooked chicken breast with dry bun and chips covered in ridiculous amount of salt and peri peri spices. At the end i asked for a receipt and that took another 15 min as they couldn't find the receipt because of their previous mistake with the table number. The staff were friendly but young and not trained enough to work in this environment. Really disappointed. I wasted half day to walk out hungry. Do not recommend.
