Doctors appointment impossible to get. Fone triage almost as bad. If the countrys economy was run like this surgery it would go BANKRUPT.

A GP gave her opinion to the DVLA that I was not safe to drive without consulting my Psych. My psych got me back my license very quickly as her opinion was that I was safe to drive. No apology from the surgery, despite my complaints, or reimbursement of the £400 it cost me in Car Insurance because of the GP and her incorrect opinion.

Called every single morning for the last 6 days. By 8.03 the automated message says all the appointments are gone for today!

The service from this surgery is excellent. The doctors are exceptional. Efficient. Friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Nurses are excellent as are the reception staff. I would recommend Glovers Lane Surgery. I did try different surgery and doctors at one time but I came back to Hoover's Lane.

Too much demand on too few Doctors: you should allow Practice nurses to provide services to patients previously delivered by doctors.
