The Storyhouse is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle. Read a book, have a coffee with friends, see a play or film (I particularly appreciated the Japanese cinema season) - it truly is a lovely and welcoming venue.

Absolutely brilliant performance and very enjoyable! Just what we all need at the moment! Thank you so much everyone - both the Cast and all at Storyhouse - very well organised and we felt relaxed and SAFE!! Well done!

Went to see a Christmas Carol, Really enjoyed the show, loved the production and really safe, from the social distancing point-of-view. Gin and tonic and a little to eat in the bar perfect evening

It's definitely NOT a place to study or do some work if you have to concentrate, music way too loud. It's great for drinks, food, or any other random stuff in the library. They have free use computers, print service and staff are always friendly and willing to help. Sometimes they have live music, it's really nice. Forget even more if you thought about reading, studying, etc.

Love this place. Wide variety of classes and things going on. Cinema is good, obviously the screen and room is smaller than your big chains but lovely atmosphere and great experience. I love seeing acts on the big stage feels lively and intimate at the same time. Most of my memorable evenings in Chester have been spent here ❤️
