Booked an appointment for a review on my contraception pill whilst on holiday from work. My Appointment got cancelled! When I called the doctors they told me the pharmacy needed to sort out my prescription and speak to the hub which doesn't exist in Merseyside. When the pharmacy called due to the confusion she said she spoke to the most unhelpful receptionist called Anne. The doctor Howard Sleet is fantastic really understanding and friendly but trying to get and appointment and speaking to the reception team is awful! Please change the reception team for this practice!!

Rude receptionists. Doctor won't even look you in the face, just keeps checking the time, looking at the door and being dismissive of everything you say.
