Went to collect a package that was stated as attempted to be delivered three times between the 24&28th. They told me it had arrived to them damaged and it had been disposed of??? So why did you try and deliver it on several occasions then? Told just to claim on insurance! This is the second time I have had issues with deliveries not arriving. Will avoid them in the future.
