Good doctors and helpful staff sometimes hard to get appointment due to demand but can arrange online if phone is busy

Appalled by this surgery. Impossible to see a doctor over lockdown. They won't see you unless you've first filled out a form that takes my elderly parents an hour each time, only for it to tell then to go to A&E. For a chronic illness problem, A&E is not appropriate. And at the moment it is really not safe. Feel like these doctors are swindling us. They're being paid as normal, and they are very well paid, but they won't come and do home visits, you can't book an appointment online. Every time my parents needed a doctor, it was so difficult they gave up. So they're in pain with no help. They go to the surgery only to be turned away and told to go home, fill out the econsult form before they come back. It took all their energy to get to the surgery. They went home to bed and suffered. Again.They can't hear on the phone, no online appointments available, so going in is their only option. A decent person would have helped them and saved them the pain and illness. Everything had to be done in exactly their ridiculous bureaucratic way or they refuse you help. Poor admin, which has left a very ill elderly man untreated. Poor IT, online booking not working, no video consultions? How are they getting away with this when the rest of the country is doing it? Unforgivable when we pay for their IT kit, what other business gets their IT paid for them? I'm so angry. They are so complacent. They make mistake after mistake. They know they won't ever face any consequences.

Couldn't believe that they shut the glass outside door so nobody can get in and still came to the door talking to me with a face mask !couldn't hear a word she was saying and quite rude.The nurses are brilliant can't get to see a doctor !!!!!

Had to consult the surgery twice recently, once online once by 'phone, both times couldn't fault my treatment. Was seen and resulted in a referral to hospital. Staff were very helpful in these awful covid times.

Got an appointment for same morning for daughter, Dr was thorough with checks. Very pleased with service.
